Pathways’ Polestars
- Purpose: to play a small part in changing a person’s destiny for the good.
Pursuit: Creating pathways for investors, developers, and brokers by matching investor capital with developer capital needs while meeting the requirements of the EB-5 program.
Promise: Risks minimized, dreams realized.
Process: We will succeed by selecting projects that maximize the potential of green card issuance and repayment of capital; providing personalized attention using the most trusted and efficient advisors; and creating a casual, flexible, and growth oriented environment for our employees.
Payback: We believe in re-investing time and money back into the cities of the people we work with.
Presence: We will bring our presence into all relationships. We behave with passion and kindness in an environment of humor.
Our goal is simple.
Risks minimized,
dreams realized.
